We provide companies with expertise in finance/accounting, strategic planning and other diverse operational management expertise on a part time, as needed basis.

Small and medium-sized companies that are not in a position to hire a full-time CFO are often the companies that would benefit most from the expertise of an experienced CFO. We can take complete responsibility for the financial side of your company, or we can function purely as your part time CFO and work with your existing staff. Every business is different and requires a different solution.



Mr. Dennis Mee B.Comm., C.A.

Dennis Mee is a Chartered Accountant and has 30+ years experience as a senior financial and operational executive with a variety of industries including jewellery, toys, telecommunications and cosmetic and health products. Dennis has worked for Sarah Coventry, Tomy Canada and Cable & Wireless Telecommunications. Dennis has also worked as a consultant for a variety of public and private companies specializing in high growth and start-up companies within the distribution and service industries.

Currently, Dennis is President of Part Time CFO Inc. which provides financial management services to businesses. Dennis received his Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University in Ottawa and his C.A. while at K.P.M.G in Toronto. He is a member of both the BC and Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants along with F.E.I Canada (Financial Executives Institute)

Since 2002, Dennis has been the President of Part Time CFO Inc., a consulting firm that provides finance/accounting, strategic planning and other operational management expertise on a part time, as needed basis.

Target companies are smaller companies or those in a start up mode that need help developing strategies, business plans, financial planning and analysis, budgeting or in raising capital.
